The last time Putin visited Crimea four months ago

Russian President Vladimir Putin on 16 July once again going on a trip to the occupied Peninsula of Crimea. This was told by his press Secretary, Dmitry Peskov, informs “RIA Novosti”.

Putin will take part in the groundbreaking ceremony for the warships for the Navy of the Russian Federation, which will take place on shipbuilding plant “Zaliv” in Kerch, and in a video conference with other shipyards.

The last time the Russian leader visited Russia seized the Peninsula, 18 March – the anniversary of the annexation. The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine said that such actions of Putin are “cynical and defiant disregard” the generally recognized principles and norms of international law.

According to the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba, frequent visits of Putin in Crimea are a sign of insecurity.
