After the termination of the quarantine, which was introduced in Ukraine because of the epidemic of the coronavirus, the authorities will have again to work “on return business out of the shadows.” This was told in an interview with the founder of the edition “GORDON” Mr Gordon, a former Finance Minister of Ukraine Igor Umansky.

“Businesses are not allowed to work. I don’t see why I should have to work a supermarket that sells mostly imported products, vegetables, fruits and everything, and why closed markets. Open markets closed – closed supermarket. Where is the logic? And such examples could be quite a lot. I believe that the core – then the key issue for Ukraine’s economy will again work on return business out of the shadows, on finding a compromise and finding the tools to give the opportunity [to work] business”, – said Umansky.
