Yastremsky took part in the first tournament after the restart of the season

On the night of 8 August 25-ranked Dianne Yastremsky of the Ukraine made a speech at the WTA tournament in Palermo, according to “tennis of Ukraine”.

Her match against Italian Camila Giorgi (89th in the world ranking) lasted two hours and 51 minutes. Account– 4:6, 7:6, 6:3 in favor of Georgie.

In the second set with the score 5:3 Yastremsky had two match points on her serve, but she failed to implement them.

Competition in Sicily became the first official WTA tournament after the “coronavirus” a pause that lasted almost five months.

Next week Yastremsky will take part in the tournament in Prague, where it will be seeded at the fourth room, says “tennis of Ukraine”.
