Ukraine stopped the gas in their underground storage facilities, according to the Operator of Ukraine’s GTS.

While data for March 8, stated that in Ukraine for the day came from Slovakia – 31,23 million cubic meters, Poland – 1.13 million cubic meters, from Hungary – 8.33 million cubic meters of gas.
The volume of gas in underground storage as of March 8 fell to 15,805 billion cubic meters.
According to the Ukrtransgaz gas reserves are 1.5-2 times higher than normal as at that date.
It is noted that from October 2019 Ukrainians used to 5.97 billion cubic meters of gas is less than a third of all gas pumped in there for the winter.
Recall, November 2, Ukraine began selection of gas from underground storage facilities. Then due to cold gas consumption in the country increased to 110 million cubic meters per day.
It was also reported that in 2019, Ukraine is prepared for winter, increasing gas reserves in underground storage facilities in 2,5 times – to 10-year high. Europe’s largest underground storage facility was filled with more than 70%. At its peak in UGS was 21,785 billion cubic meters of gas.
