This is another successful example of the realization of the decentralization reform on the way of building a well-off communities and modern European Ukraine can become an example for other regions of Ukraine. This was stated by the Chairman of the Nikolaev regional state administration Alexey Savchenko during the presentation of the regional media project “community News”, reports the website of the state administration.

This week representatives of the 28 communities of the Nikolaev area finished the training in a joint project of the Nikolaev regional state administration and the black sea national University of a name of Pyotr Mogila – “School spokespersons”.

Ideological inspirers of the project say that the faculty is an integrated part of a large regional media project “community News”. Its purpose was practical training with 28 participants from the region as spokespersons of their communities and create on the basis of these professionals correspondent of Internet-portal “community News” and channel “TV community”. Congratulated with the outstanding step graduates and teachers of the school the Chairman of the Nikolaev regional state administration Alexey Savchenko.

“Thanks to the strong position of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, we have successful and effective decentralization reform. And through these processes, we are able to develop the country. Therefore, today more than ever, it is important to do everything to each community not only had their vote, but were provided with an opportunity to bring this voice to the Ukrainian society and the authorities. The Nikolaev regional state administration unhesitatingly supported a unique project for the country – “School spokespersons”. After all, we want to help each community better to tell about themselves to present themselves to Ukraine and the world in the most appealing way for further sustainable development and investment. And best of all it can make people living in these communities,” said Alexey Savchenko.

The creators of the project argue that “School spokespersons” has now become the main tool to create your own network of correspondents and the basis for the new multimedia resource “community News”, which will feature all the communities of the Nikolaev area.

“We are only at the beginning of a long journey, but we are moving on it very confidently,” say the organizers.

“When I saw the future of spokespersons, key communicators consolidated territorial communities of the Nikolaev area, in me the faith in the success of the project “community News” and “School spokespersons”. I am very pleased that nikolayevets in addition to the ceremonial presentation of diplomas of graduation from and conduct workshop to build further plans and prospects of this sector. In turn, we support your initiative and hope that the pilot project that you started, will spread to the whole of Ukraine”, – shared his impressions chief consultant of the Main Department of information policy of the presidential Administration of Ukraine Oleksandr Bahtti.
