The special representative of the President of Russia, Director of Second Asia Department at the Russian foreign Ministry Zamir Kabulov said the United States remains in Afghanistan in order to influence Russia, Iran and China. The diplomat says that Washington is seeking to destabilise the situation in Central Asia with its transfer to Russia, and then to act as the sole defender against various threats.
