A group of about 50 people on Tuesday, drove out of the building all faculty and staff, seized the first case of the Open international University of human development “Ukraine” (University “Ukraine”) in Kiev. This was announced by the rector of the institution, Peter Talanchuk.
“Come 50 eagles in balaclavas blocked, people arm twisting, kicked out of offices”, – he told on air of the Ukrainian TV channel NewsOne. The rector called the incident further evidence of “lawlessness in the state”, stressing that arriving police officers watched passively. According to the staff of the University, unknown persons broke into the building of the first corps and currently hold it.

Talanchuk, linked the incident with the court’s decision on alienation of the property, which is currently being challenged. He explained that the University took out a loan in the Bank “Khreschatyk”, but the organization was liquidated, and “in this process, firms engaged in evil deeds, won the court that the first building of educational institutions belongs to them”. However, the University administration, according to Malanchuk, did not agree with this decision due to a number of very gross violations.
In turn, in comments to the website “Today” press secretal Nacoleia Kiev Oksana Blischik reported that the cause of the conflict, which occurred on Tuesday evening, August 7, in Kiev at the University “Ukraine”, according to preliminary data, became civilized legal relations.
