Last year, remittances to Ukraine from Ukrainian workers exceeded nine billion dollars.

Remittances from Ukrainian guest workers from abroad in Ukraine this year will be more than 9 billion U.S. dollars. This was announced by the head of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakov Smoliy in an interview ZN.UA.

“Last year, remittances to Ukraine from workers exceeded $ 9 billion., and we expect that in 2018 the amount will not be less. Only for January-April of this year they accounted for 3.4 billion dollars., while the trade deficit in goods and services – $ 2.1 billion.”, – said resin.

Recall that the inflow of remittances to Ukraine last year amounted to 8.5% of GDP.
