The next meeting of the technical groups will take place in October, the service will be in close contact in the coming weeks.

The European Union and the United States resumed trade negotiations after the agreement was reached in July on the closure of a trade war. This was announced on Twitter by EU Commissioner for trade Cecilia Malmstrom, who on Monday, September 10, arrived in Washington.

“A promising meeting with US Trade representative Robert Leitheiser today. The first opportunity to run in the July statements of the presidents Juncker and the tramp,” wrote Malmstrom.

“This fall, much work remains, our services will be in close contact in the coming weeks. At the end of this month I will meet again with Leitheiser, followed by a technical meeting where our services are in October,” she added.

We will remind, on July 25, in Washington, met trump and cadets. The parties agreed to work towards the full abolition of trade duties.
