Humanoid robot with artificial intelligence Sofia during the discussion in the “Ukrainian house” at the world economic forum are unable to answer, how to tackle corruption, but this is not a malfunction.

In the video discussion posted on the channel Ukraine House Davos in YouTube, journalist Olga Vasilevskaya said, “hi, Sofia! I’m Olga with channel “1+1″, Ukraine. What can you advice: how to deal with political corruption throughout the world and, in particular, in Ukraine?”

After Sofia couldn’t answer, one of the participants explained that the robot can work in the “free discussions” and interviews. At that moment, Sofia worked in an interview and answered the questions prepared in advance under the control of the operator.

For this reason she was unable to answer a spontaneous question about victory over corruption.

25 Jan MP from the “Batkivshchyna” Alena Shkrum said that Sophia didn’t answer the question of what to do with the corruption in Ukraine. The MP assured that the robot “has broken the script and froze the processor.”

Sofia the first robot in history, which granted citizenship. The top was made by a Hong Kong company Hanson Robotics and is able to portray more than 60 emotions. The eyes of a robot equipped with cameras to install visual contact with the interlocutor.
