In the winery is temporarily suspended training in all secondary schools from 31 January to 6 February in connection with the increase in the incidence of SARS and influenza, according to the press center of the Vinnytsia city Council.

“To prevent the spread of influenza and SARS among Vinnytsia children, suspended education in all schools Vinnitsa. Forced vacation begins 31 January and ends 6 February,” the message reads.

According to the Department of health in the city since the beginning of the epidemic season was 38 836 cases of influenza and SARS. From them 22 728 (59%) children under 18 years of age. Over the last week for medical assistance 2733 inhabitants, of whom 1840 (67%) children.

The Council noted that the gradual increase in the incidence of observed, starting from the second week of the current year. According to daily monitoring of attendance in educational institutions, a clear trend to an increase in the number of cases among students. As of January 30, the number of students absent due to illness, is in the range of 8-34% and an average 17% increase has occurred since January 23, from 10% to 17%.
