Estonia did not let the Russian ship 10 April, Poland – 12th. The reason for the ban was the presence on Board of several cadets located in the occupied Crimea Kerch marine technological University. The representative of the Polish Ministry of foreign Affairs ewa Suvar explained the refusal by saying that the students from the Crimea Russian passports, not Ukrainian.
Russia annexed Crimea after the violent siege of Ukrainian military units and illegal referendum on 16 March 2014. The annexation of Crimea by Russia is not recognised by Ukraine and most countries of the world.
