US sanctions only reinforce the distrust of Pyongyang to Washington

North Korea has warned the White house that will not stop its nuclear programme unless the US gives its assurances of security. About this at the meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations, said the foreign Minister of the DPRK ri Yong Ho, Reuters reports.

He noted that the Republic’s leadership has made steps to denuclearization, stop testing missiles, and dismantled nuclear test site. However, Pyongyang does not see an appropriate response from the United States, which sanctions only reinforce the distrust of Pyongyang to Washington.
“Without credibility there will be no confidence in the ability to provide national security”, – said the Minister.
Lee young Ho also assured that the pressure on Pyongyang in the form of American sanctions will not be able to break them.
Earlier, U.S. President said that decided not to go ahead with the nuclear disarmament of North Korea. It is worth noting that initially, trump demanded the early denuclearization of the DPRK.
