The Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with tele radio complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to paraphrase the words of a character in a novel by Mikhail Bulgakov “the Dog heart” on the need not to read the morning Soviet Newspapers, said: “we Now live in a world where it is not necessary to read the Western Newspapers.”
