“Now there is a flare burning of the pyrogas. Divisions of management of gschs in the area with fire monitors carry out cooling of adjacent buildings. From the management of gschs in the field attracted 18 units and about 90 personnel. Victims aren’t present”, – she told.

OOO “Karpatneftekhim” resumed work in June 2017 after five years of inactivity, writes Zaxid.net.
“Karpatneftekhim” produces ethylene, polyethylene, vinyl chloride, caustic soda, chlorine and suspension PVC.
In February 2017 oil company LUKOIL announced the sale of a controlling stake of “Karpatneftekhim”. 100% of OOO belongs Karpaty Chemical B. V. (Netherlands), the ultimate beneficiaries of which are the former head of “LUKOIL-Ukraine” Ilham Mammadov and Director General of “tekhinservis” Igor Sucky.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2017 set to “Karpatneftekhim” annual quotas for besanceney import and purchase of raw materials for production: liquefied petroleum gas – 1070 million liters, naphtha – 1170 million liters, diesel fuel – 985 million liters. The processing of those products can produce 250 thousand tons of ethylene per year.
