The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrew Babish said that his country will accept refugees from Africa and Asia, as it already takes people from the Ukraine.

He stated ahead of his visit to Rome, where he will participate in the talks with the Prime Ministers of Italy and Malta on issues of illegal migration, reports Radio Praha.

“Czech Republic will not accept any more Syrian refugees, which is transported to the EU via the Mediterranean sea, because it takes people out of Ukraine”, – he said.

After talks in Italy Babish intends to meet with representatives of States of the Visegrad four.

It is worth noting that another country of the Visegrad four – Poland – has repeatedly stated that it takes the “refugees” from the Donbass, and thus, relieves tension “on the Eastern flank of the European Union”.

The EU is in a critical situation with the resettlement of illegal migrants who are trying to find in Europe a refuge from war and poverty in the middle East, Asia and Africa.

In overwhelming cases, migrants travel to the southern borders of the EU through the Mediterranean sea. Then their route goes through Spain, Italy, Greece or Malta in the Nordic countries, primarily in Germany.
