June 29 came into force the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of Antigua and Barbuda on mutual abolition of visa requirements, the press service of the Department of consular service of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Facebook.

“In accordance with the provisions of the agreement, citizens of Ukraine, who have valid travel documents (diplomatic passport, service passport, passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad, the seafarers’ identity document, identity card for return to Ukraine), to enter, remain, leave and cross in transit the territory of Antigua and Barbuda without a visa, provided that the duration of their stay does not exceed 90 days within 180 days” – said in the message.

Citizens of Ukraine who intend to enter the territory of the country for a period exceeding 90 days must obtain a visa from the nearest diplomatic mission or consular office of Antigua and Barbuda.

Ukraine signed an agreement on mutual abolition of visas with the government of Antigua and Barbuda in Washington in February 2018.

Antigua and Barbuda – an island state located in the Eastern part of the Caribbean sea. Is a member of the Commonwealth and the Organization of American States.

The head of state is Queen Elizabeth II.
