The fire in Kemerovo killed 41 children

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin has instructed the investigation group to analyze all the information received from the relatives of those killed in Kemerovo, in particular, claims to work of the emergency services in case of fire, the press service of the Russian Federation Sledkoma March 31.
In this day Bastrykin arrived in Kemerovo and met with residents.
“The relatives of the victims and survivors drew the attention of the head of Department on the actions of firefighters to the fire and asked to give them a legal assessment. In addition, they insist that we have discussed all possible versions of what happened. In connection with the received references Alexander Bastrykin gave specific instructions to the investigation team. He instructed the investigators to carefully analyze all the information received from the relatives of the victims and, in particular, claims to work of the emergency services in case of fire”, – is told in the message.
He also promised that the meetings with the victims will be held regularly, and “offered them help in solving other social problems.”
“We protect the rights of victims, and if you need help in solving some of life’s questions, in terms of medical care, solving the housing problems, ready to apply to relevant bodies and, hopefully, I will not refuse,” – said Bastrykin.
Fire in four-storey shopping centre, “Winter cherry” in Kemerovo took place on 25 March. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said that have information about the disappearance and death of 64 people. According to relatives, killed 41 children.
