Zakharova called Britain “the world record for genocide”

The Russian foreign Ministry has accused the British intelligence services in the murder of Grigory Rasputin. These conclusions allegedly came after reading a book by a former agent of Scotland Yard Richard Cullen. This was reported by Maria Zakharova, writes Radio Liberty.
