Eight-time Olympic biathlon champion OLE Einar Bjoerndalen was not included in the national team of Norway at the Olympic games 2018 in Pyeongchang.
National Olympic Committee of Norway initially opposed the lack Bjoerndalen in the team, but later accepted the decision.
Pyeongchang 2018 could be the seventh the Games for Bjoerndalen, the first was Games 1994 in Lillehammer.
“Before the season, the athletes were brought against clear requirements that are needed to be fulfilled.
