The Committee of participants of the football process of the International football Federation has developed a package of reforms in the system of player transfers.

FIFA received a proposal to enter for clubs a limit on the number of rental agreements in one transfer window.

“This is an important step towards achieving greater transparency and consensus in the issues of agents, leases, and other aspects of the transfer system”, – said the President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino.

It should be noted that the list of possible reforms was also the establishment of financial authority for processing transfers, limiting payments to agents and the introduction of electronic transfers.

It is reported that the proposals of the Board FIFA will consider at the meeting, which will take place on October 26.
