In March, the price of gas imports in dollar terms declined by 9.5% compared to prices in February.

In March 2019, Ukrainian enterprises imported gas at an average price of $263,13 (5,48 7 thousand UAH) per thousand cubic meters. This was in ceteg April 11, reported the Ministry of economic development and trade (MEDT).

Thus, the price of gas imports last month, 9.5% below Feb-2019 dollars, when it was $290,91 (865,04 7 thousand UAH).

Earlier in late February Naphthoate reported that gas for industrial consumers in Ukraine fell sharply.

It was also reported that Naftogaz reduces gas prices for the population. Since April, the company promised to supply gas to domestic consumers is 2% lower than authorities prices.
