Russian President Vladimir Putin tried to joke in a conversation with a British journalist.
So, in an interview with the Financial Times, Putin spoke about homosexual people: “I don’t want to offend anyone, you know, and so do homophobes and so on. We have nothing against people with different sexual orientation. God bless, let them live as they see fit. But some things for us seem to be excessive”.
While later, Putin indicated that he was tired of the conversation, saying: “I feel that you are far from religion, because it is already a quarter to one o’clock in the morning Moscow time, and yet you continue to torment me. As we say, cross you not.”
