The Russian foreign Ministry questioned the authenticity of the photos, two men, Alexander Petrov, and Ruslan Bashirov, which in the UK called the Russians, involved in “case Skrypalia”.
“On the one hand, we are told, provide information about these people, about which we learned only today <…>, and we’re told that fictitious names and counterfeit documents”, — said Zakharov .
The representative of the Ministry drew attention to the coincidence of the two photographs: “the Same place, the same corridor, time frame identical to the second,” — said Zakharov. She suggested that it was “imposed from above photos the exact date and time” or “GRU of Russia learned to walk at the same time, but their images are captured in two separate photos”.
We are talking about the photographs published on the website of the British police. In particular, there are images depicting suspects in the case, arrived at Gatwick airport on 2 March. Photos of Petrov and Bashirova one and the same time — 16:22:43.

As an employee of the Russian Ministry noted that Moscow few months have asked the British side the data needed to search for “possible people who was involved in those crimes, which declared London”, for example, the results of mandatory fingerprinting when applying for a visa. “If these people, according to the British side, came from Russia, they had to obtain a British visa. Consequently, be good — fingers on the table,” — said Zakharov.
“It’s kind of hell a real carousel, which has neither end nor beginning,” — said the official representative of the foreign Ministry. She stressed that despite the “total rudeness from the British side”, “unwillingness to communicate and endless unfounded accusations,” Russia remains open to cooperation with great Britain.
Zakharova reiterated Moscow’s position, which has repeatedly denied involvement in the incident in Salisbury and Amesbury.
Also on the website of the Russian foreign Ministry issued a statement of the official representative the Ministry of foreign Affairs. In this statement Zakharova also indicates that the adoption of London, on “the sufficiency of the grounds to charge two Russian citizens” is not supported by documents or testimony, credible.
“One thing is clear — inspired by British authorities so-called case Skrobala deliberately led into a dead end,” she said.
