Belarusian gymnast appealed to the US court in connection with rape charges gymnasts Gutu

Six-time Olympic champion, Soviet and Belarusian gymnast Vitaly Shcherbo said on Thursday that appealed to a U.S. court in connection with accusations of rape gymnast Tatiana gutsu.
In October 2017, two-time Olympic champion at the Games-1992 Ukrainian Tatiana gutsu on his page in Facebook published the message in which said she was raped Scherbo. According to some reports, the crime occurred in 1991, in Stuttgart, Germany, when she was 15 years old. Gutu and Scherbo played together for the national team of the USSR in gymnastics and for a unified team at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona.
“The only thing I can say is that I filed for her in court. It is natural, it was clear from the outset – I was preparing with the lawyers, so in February will be the first hearing,” said Scherbo, the TV channel “Belarus 1”.
He also said that the matter has been the court of Las Vegas. According to Shcherbo, “now this process is”.
