Three Ukrainian servicemen in the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, where on January 17 considering a petition to change the measure pof rezectia military nurse Yana, Dogar, said that in the days before the murder of the journalist Pavel Sheremet she was at work at the hospital in the Donetsk region. About it writes “Ukrainian truth”.
Soldier Denis Gromov said that in July of 2016, he was in hospital of Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk region.
“Jan was the nurse who approached me. When the doctor prescribed medicines, injections, drips, you’ve done it Ian… I didn’t even know that her name is Yana, before all these events, I just memorized it in the face… I was in the hospital from 16 th to 18 (Jul. – “GORDON”). I didn’t see her every second, every minute, but I saw her every day,” he said.
Paul Plebanovich, another witness, said that Dogar set his dropper in hospital of Krasnoarmeysk.
“Ian saw for the first time on 17 July 2016. She put me on a drip Krasnoarmeysk. After I was injured July 16, I was sent to Kurakhovo, and then I was sent to Krasnoarmeysk. And there I met her, she told me the drip… the next day she told me again put a dropper, do injections because I had severe pain,” he said.
The military said that did not communicate with Dugar after treatment in the hospital, and her arrest has learned from the media.
Also, the court made military Sergey Khomitsky. He said that 17 and 18 July 2016 also saw Dugar in the hospital.
“When I was sitting, there was a doctor and went back Jan. She has a specific gait, she walks like a athlete, plus she has a tattoo on his arm” – he said.
Several people, including former MP Oksana Korchynska, people’s deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of IX convocation Yana Zinkevych, Michael Cooper (“European solidarity”), Victoria Wagner (“servant of the people”) and others have indicated their readiness to take the suspect on bail.
The court postponed the appeal on January 24 because she had not received materials of the criminal proceedings.
Sheremet died July 20, 2016 in Kiev in the explosion of a car belonging to the co-founder of the edition “Ukrainian truth”, the civil wife of the journalist Alena Pritula. The Prosecutor’s office qualified the incident as a premeditated murder committed by a method dangerous to the lives of many people. According to investigators, the journalist was killed to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.
12 December 2019 the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said about the detention of suspects of involvement in the murder Sheremet. Later in the day Natspolitsiya named the probable involved: this Dogari (the court put her under house arrest), a soldier of the special operations Forces of the Armed forces of Ukraine, the musician Andrei Antonenko (arrested), a pediatric surgeon and volunteer Julia Kuzmenko (taken into custody) and wife Inna and Vladislav Gryshchenko, which appear in the “entity holding the information” (they are arrested in another case).
Investigators believe that the explosives under the car Sheremet laid Kuzmenko and Antonenko, the latter also known as the organizer of a criminal group. Dugar allegedly engaged in “intelligence”: looking for camera EN route associates.
On 23 December the Kyiv appeal court upheld Antonenko under arrest. 24 December, the court upheld the detention Kuzmenko Jan 8 – Dugar.
