Pupil of the 10th class, which “mined” the Central station in Kiev, Pechersky district court issued a warning. This is stated in the judgment of 13 January, published in the Unified registry of court decisions.

According to the materials of the case, 27 December at about 12.30 a teenager, being at school, I asked the classmate of the phone that called to the specialline the police and said about mining of the Central station.

Since he did not specify what kind of station is it, the investigators arrived at the Central railway station and Central bus station. As a result, the explosives were not found.

The actions of the teenager qualified under part 1 of article 259 (obviously untrue report on preparation of explosion) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, but as it has not reached 16 years, can not be held responsible for their actions. In the act the student has repented.
