Leaf of the second generation has received the name e-Plus

Nissan introduced a new version of the Leaf EV-2, known as Leaf e-Plus. The novelty was presented at the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas CES 2019. This writes the “Autocentre”.
The main difference between the updated Leaf electric car from a conventional second generation — increased range on a single charge and a more powerful motor. At Leaf e-Plus is installed battery capacity of 62 kWh (+55%), and on a single charge she already drove 364 km (+123 km).
Also, the updated Nissan Leaf is more powerful, faster recharging: not 50, and 70 kW of power.
The power plant has added 36% to 160 kW (217 HP) and e-Plus have gained great momentum – maximum speed increased by 10%, and the intermediate acceleration from 80 to 120 km/h — 13%.
