Poroshenko in February, will visit Austria

8 February 2018, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will go on a working visit to Austria, where he will attend a Viennese ball, the press service of the Ukrainian President.

It is noted that to come into the country Poroshenko has invited the President of Austria, Alexander van der Bellen. They will hold bilateral talks. Poroshenko will also meet with newly appointed Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurz.

“During the meetings will be discussed issues of further deepening the political dialogue at the highest level, trade-economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, the development of the situation in the Donbas and the strengthening of the sanctions policy of the EU to support international efforts to restore the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. In the framework of the visit it is also planned a joint visit by the heads of States of the Vienna Opera ball, to which the President of Ukraine invited as a personal guest of honor of the Austrian President,” – said the press service Poroshenko.
