The world champion under version IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and mandatory Challenger Kubrat Pulev, according to the representative of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), have until January 31 to come to an agreement about the fight or the organization will be put up for auction.
