In 2019 were registered in Ukraine 7542 cars running solely on electric. Such data are announced on the eve of the Association Ukrautoprom.
Of the total number of electric passenger cars electric cars are 7012 and commercial vehicles of 530 pieces. During the year, the market for passenger electric vehicles by nearly a third, and commercial – half.
It is noted that the electric car market continues to be dominated by cars with mileage. In 2019, the share of b/that of passenger cars amounted to 92%, commercial – 96%. The average age of passenger electric vehicles – 4 years commercial 6 years.
Most popular electric car Nissan Leaf remains. In 2019 this model bought 3217 Ukrainians. The second was the Tesla Model S – 623 cars. The third most popular Volkswagen e-Golf, it chose 360 people. The fourth and fifth become the BMW i3 – 338 and FIAT 500E – car 312.

In the market of commercial electric vehicles dominated the Renault Kangoo van Z. E. – 482 registration. Second with a large ustavnim became Nissane-NV200 – 29 car. Third – Peugeot Partner Electric– 7 cars.
Earlier it was reported that the demand for electric cars in Ukraine was a record. In January-September 2019 the demand for commercial vehicles the electric range has doubled, and driving electric vehicles by 42%.
