Traditional American party invited everyone

Traditional American party in honor of independence day, the United States gave diplomats in Kiev and invited all comers. The festival had food, competitions, music and greetings from the Ambassador.

Treats for the celebration was traditional. On a hot grill – buns, patties and vegetables. Dozens of people made hot dogs, fried popcorn and chicken wings. Also poured the lemonade and sweet water.

On the stage were only 5 teams. There are Ukrainian, and American. People sit on mats or chairs, listen to music.

“What I like the most is the fact that here in the U.S. house, celebrate Independence Day the same as in the United States of America. The main thing – the idea that all people, like all countries, have equal rights before the law. And all the people. Including Ukrainians,” – said U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch.

It is noteworthy that independence day in the United States celebrate the 4th of July. But in the American house in Kiev, the festival staged a few days earlier.

We will remind, on June 28 Ukraine celebrates the Day of Constitution. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko congratulated ukrantsev holiday.

And on 24 June 2018 in Ukraine celebrated Day of youth. This holiday established in 1994 by presidential decree № 323/94 at the initiative of youth associations and organizations.
