“United Russia” Vorobyov nominated for Governor of the Moscow region on the results of the primaries

The Chairman of the counting Commission of the Moscow regional branch of “United Russia” Alexander Kostomarov said that the party nominated the incumbent Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov in candidates on a post of the head of region on the results of the primaries.

Vorobiev scored 199 votes, far ahead of other candidates – Roman Volodin, Valentina Kabanov, Alexander Lysenko and Alexander Tolmachev.

Elections will be held on September 9 in a Single day of voting.
