“Broadband in Ukraine is fast and cheap. But its use is quite low. Only half of the population has Internet access compared with 90% living in the UK,” the study says.

The most expensive Internet weretree (Africa) – $2666 a month, the Yemen – $2466 per month and Mauritania – $694 per month.

In total the rating includes 206 countries. The study included data from 28 Nov 2019 8 January 2020. The researchers analyzed more than 3000 tariff plans.
