Mikhail Volynets: the Government should immediately allocate its own mines, the miners, their well-earned money!

On 30 January on their page Facebook said the Chairman of the independent trade Union of miners of Ukraine, people’s Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Mikhail Volynets. According to him, dday of idle coal costs the state UAH 1 million.
13 Feb at the mine “yuzhnodonbasskaya # 1” can stop supply of electricity to the equipment of the drainage, this will lead to flooding and negative environmental consequences, said the head of the Union.
“Because of debts for electricity supplier EC “ukrenergougol” sent request for service disconnection “Yuzhnodonbasskaya # 1″. According to her, already on February 13 the mine will complete de-energization and stop of operation of the drainage system. This means flooding and total destruction! The consequences for the environment, as I have previously mentioned, would be disastrous, – said Volynets. – Critical for these mines as debts to suppliers of electricity and the distribution system operator. The government should immediately allocate its own mines, the miners, their well-earned money!”
According to him, in 2019, the supplier has sent to the operator of the distribution system five applications to disable “Yuzhnodonbasskaya # 1”. The reason – system debt and violation of payments the schedule of debt restructuring before the distribution system operator. For the first time electricity mines limited on 20 December, then the situation has been temporarily resolved.
Volynets on behalf of the Union urged the Minister of energy and the environmental protection of Ukraine Alexey Argelia to pay attention to the problem.
“Independent trade Union of miners required to immediately intervene and prevent the destruction of the enterprise and ecocide in Ugledar!” he said.
