The President of the United States, Donald trump told reporters on 12 September that it is considering 10 candidates for the post of his adviser on national security issues. About it reports Reuters.
The Agency notes that on September 11 the White house told the media about the five candidates for the post, who until September was held by John Bolton.
Trump said that the decision on the new national security Advisor will next week.
The us President wrote on Twitter that on September 9 he told Bolton that he no longer needed his services as “strongly disagree with many of his proposals,” and asked him to resign. Bolton claims that he was asked to resign.
According to trump, the reasons for the dismissal were admitted Bolton “very big mistakes” and inability to find a common language with colleagues in the administration. The White house also accused Bolton in the breakdown of negotiations with the DPRK.
