World Boxing Council (WBC) has ordered Luke Campbell (20-3, 16 KO’s) and Ryan Garcia (20-0, 17 KO’s) to fight for the interim world title in the lightweight division, reports Boxing Scene.
Earlier it was expected that Campbell will fight with Javier Fortuna, but the latter will meet with Jorge Linares.
The place and date of the match is unknown.
Interim title at lightweight was vacant after Devin Hani was restored to the status of full champion.
