Athlete from Venezuela Yulimar Rojas became the new record holder in the triple jump indoors. 24-year-old athlete won the mark of 15.43 meters in the tournament in Madrid.
The previous record of 15.36 meters was installed in 2004 by Russian Tatyana Lebedeva.
The record holder outdoors is Ukrainian Inessa Kravets. In 1995, she won the mark of 15.50 meters.
