Previously Elon Musk himself has offered to countries in need ventilators.

The Ukrainian Embassy in the US appealed to the founder of Tesla and SpaceX Elon musk with a request to give the country an artificial lung ventilation (ALV), reports liga.net.

“Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe with a population of about 40 million people. The pandemic situation in Ukraine is close to its peak, the APR will be the most difficult. People in hospitals need ventilators. We are ready to cooperate!” — said in response to the Embassy for the post of the Mask on Twitter.

Previously Elon Musk handed over to U.S. hospitals more than a thousand devices of artificial ventilation of lungs, and said that can send machines back in those medical institutions of the world where there is “an urgent need” in them. The only restriction is it must be a region of delivery of the Tesla. Ukraine is not included in this list.
