At the meeting of the Trilateral contact group in Minsk agreed to establish a list of persons for exchange of new areas for cultivation forces in the Donbas.

Wednesday, March 11, the parties reached agreements on several points, reported the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

On the question of exchange of prisoners, representatives of the TAG should provide a list of the persons on the exchange, to be held in the shortest possible time.

“To present the TAG final agreed lists of persons subject to a mutual release, including the results of the verification carried out by the International Committee of the red cross, unconditional and unhindered access of ICRC representatives to certain persons on the territory of Ukraine and in ORDO”, – stated in the message.

Regarding the withdrawal of forces and means, the parties agreed on the simultaneous opening of the KPVV in Gold and Happiness, as well as the introduction of the Advisory Board.

“The decision to sign the TAG on the introduction of an Advisory Council composed of the political sub-group after consultation with representatives of the OSCE, France and Germany on the implementation of the agreements reached during the summit in the Channel format”, – explained in the Office of the President.

In the meeting of the TAG to resolve the situation in the Donbass was attended by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Deputy head of the Russian presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak.

Previously, OBOZREVATEL reported that Andrey Ermak and Dmitry Kozak, on 11 March, arrived in Minsk for talks within the Trilateral contact group.

Recall that on 29 Dec 2019 took place the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and the self-proclaimed “L/DNR”, during which terrorists were transferred to defendants in high-profile investigations. In Ukraine returned to 76 people. “L/DNR” issued to 124 people.
