From 2012 till 2017 Ukraine will not be able to take advantage of the Chinese loan of $3.6 billion

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to conclude with China a framework loan agreement for a number of infrastructure projects worth $7 billion On this February 1 at the presentation of the exhibition project of the China international Import Expo in Kiev, said Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Viktor Dovgan, UNIAN reported.

According to him, the government plans to come out with a formal proposal to the Ministry of economy of China.

Dougan noted that it has signed contracts worth $240 million with two Chinese companies for the construction of roads in Ukraine in 2018. Also expected to sign a contract regarding the construction of the bridge near Kremenchug.

In November 2017 national joint stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine said that Kiev was not able to take a loan from Beijing for $3.6 billion, although the deal was approved in December 2012.
