The Supervisory Board of “Ukrainian Railways” is composed of seven members

The Cabinet of Ministers on 20 June approved the composition of the Supervisory Board of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”. This was reported by the press service of the government.
As independent members in the Supervisory Board included: a Swedish-American economist Anders Aslund, a former Director of the EBRD office in Ukraine Sevki acuner, member of the Supervisory Board of Lithuanian Railways and the member of the Board of Directors of KTZ Christian Kuhn, and former Vice-President of the Austrian oil company OMV AG Mathieu Andreas.
The state became the Director of the Office to attract and support investment UkraineInvest Daniel Bilak, head of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Konstantin Maravich and the head of the Ukrainian representative office of the Swedish investment company Blackstone Ivan Yurik.
All the managers and experts selected in the second competition in the Supervisory Board of “Ukrzaliznytsya”. The first was canceled due to lack of “short-list quality people,” explained the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian.
