The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine may appoint the former Governor of Odessa region and ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili to the post of Deputy Prime Minister for reforms in the government. Comments about this “observer” said the Deputy head of the faction “servant of the people” Eugene Kravchuk.
She noted that now his candidacy is being discussed in the faction, and the vote on it could take place on Friday, April 24.
On the possible appointment of Saakashvili, reports and also LIGA.net citing three sources in the leadership of the “Servant of the people”.
“We plan to consider the question of Saakashvili, if the vote will be on Friday,” said one of the leaders of the faction.
The other two companion journalists noted that the position in the Cabinet of ex-Governor suggested President Vladimir Zelensky.
Sources of “the Ukrainian truth” reported that Saakashvili can invite to the meeting of the faction “servant of the people”, which will take place before the meeting of Parliament.
