It was reported that the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev on 1 November signed a decree of the government of the Russian Federation No. 1300 on the introduction of special economic measures against 322 of Ukrainian citizens and 68 companies.

Earlier, the official website of the Kremlin published the decree of the President of the Russian Federation on special economic measuresto be taken in response to the sanctions of Ukraine against Russia.
