To organize the song contest next year, the Netherlands intends to spend an additional 6.7 million euros to cover the costs of hall rental, additional security and advertising signs.

The publication notes that planned in 2020, the competition of Rotterdam has already spent about 15 million euros.

Let us recall, the Eurovision organizers canceled the contest in Rotterdam this year in connection with the threat of the spread of coronavirus. Later it was decided that the participants will have to perform in 2021 with the new songs.
