In July 2019 Makeev received Ukrainian citizenship

A person who July 25, jumped on the hood of the car in which the ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko drove away from the building of the State Bureau of investigation (RRT) in Kiev after the interrogation, is a veteran of the regiment “Azov” Nikita Makeev.

This is with reference to a number of sources told the “Ukrainian truth”.

Information about his involvement in the conflict near GBR Makeev not confirmed nor denied, “but promised to contact later.”

On 18 July the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has signed a decree granting Nikita Makeeva Ukrainian citizenship.

In September 2018, he told “BBC News Ukraine” that came from Russia to Ukraine in July 2014 due to “an acute sense of justice,” took part in the fighting in Donbas in the winter of 2014-2015.

During the incident with the car, which was Poroshenko, security dragged saprygova on the hood man, he sprayed the contents of a canister of tear gas. A scuffle ensued activists with the security service, the attackers then fled.
