Правоохоронці Об’єднаних сил викрили та затримали учасника незаконного збройного формування «ДНР», який на момент вчинення злочину був неповнолітнім#ООС #операція_ОСУ серпні 2018 року співробітники військової контррозвідки СБ України зі складу Об’єднаних сил у взаємодії з працівниками Бахмутського відділу Національної поліції України в числі інших викрили та затримали учасника незаконного збройного формування «ДНР», якому на момент вчинення злочину було лише 15 років.Силовики встановили, що юнак з Донеччини в 2014 році, під впливом проросійської пропаганди та обіцянок отримання матеріальної вигоди, добровільно приєднався до НЗФ «ДНР». Озброєний автоматом старшокласник ніс службу на блокпосту та патрулював вулиці міста Часів Яр. Виявлених патріотично налаштованих громадян, як «порушників комендантського часу» запровадженого бойовиками, вони доправляли до місцевого штабу «ДНР».З початком звільнення українськими військами міст від членів проросійських бандформувань, неповнолітній юнак терміново полишив лави бойовиків та вирішив на деякий час покинути місто.За матеріалами військової контррозвідки СБ України стосовно вказаного громадянина України відкрито кримінальне провадження за ст. 260 Кримінального кодексу України – «Створення не передбачених законом воєнізованих або збройних формувань». Наразі затриманий співпрацює зі слідством. Як виявляється, бойовики активно залучали до своїх лав неповнолітніх осіб, які не усвідомлюючи йшли на злочин. Вони були свідками безладу, що несли послідовники «Руского миру», а окремі з них, одурманені видом крові та страждань, під схвальні вигуки бойовиків, ставали учасниками знущань над затриманими мирними мешканцями.Військові контррозвідники СБ України зі складу Об’єднаних сил продовжують цілеспрямовані заходи з викриття учасників та посібників терористичних організацій так званих «ЛНР/ДНР» та притягнення їх до відповідальності.Разом переможемо!
