The pilot Ferrari punished for blocking in qualifying.

The pilot Ferrari Charles LeClair got a penalty in the qualification of Grand Prix of Styria in the Austrian Spielberg.

On one of the circles of the second segment monagas’t miss Daniil Kvyat, preventing the Russians in a series of turns.

LeClair noted during analysis of the incident that he had not seen another car in the mirrors due to bad weather conditions. Stewards took into account the explanation of a Monegasque citizen and found no intent in his actions, but decided that the pilot knew of the approach of the opponent and can react on the track more correctly.

After reviewing the incident the stewards have decided to punish LeClair at three positions in the Sunday race. Thus, LeClair will start 14th.
