The Ministry of reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories is working on the opening of service hubs to control points of entry/exit on the demarcation line in the Donbas. On 2 November, reported the press service of the Ministry.

It is assumed that in such hubs as residents under the control of the government and temporarily occupied territories will be able to use a range of administrative services and social programs, for example, “Affordable medicines”, as well as free legal aid. In habach plan to post office, banks, rooms of mother and child, provide an opportunity to connect to the Internet and more.

The Cabinet recalled that on November 10, scheduled to open PPC “Happiness” and “gold” in the Luhansk region, and the first such hub want to equip the item “Happiness”.

“We understand what a difficult situation there were people in the temporarily occupied districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. And we must do everything possible to support them. Already KPVV they need to see that we are waiting for them. Is now occupied part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions affected by the disease – aggression of the Russian Federation, the inhumane actions of the occupiers. There laws don’t work, destroyed businesses and plundered the mineral resources, destroyed ecology, there is a risk of radioactive contamination of drinking water, is in total anti-Ukrainian propaganda. And the people, our citizens are held hostage to these regimes, but through them, through their minds, hearts, through the creation of better conditions and services we can unlock to them and together we will win in a difficult fight and recover from this occupational disease,” said Minister for reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories Alexey Reznikov.

He stressed that the Donbass and the Crimea must be liberated and to “return to normal life in a unified country, because our citizens there deserve it”.

In 2014, immediately after the annexation of Crimea, Russia has begun armed aggression in Eastern Ukraine. Fighting underway between Ukraine’s Armed forces on the one hand, and the Russian army and Russian-backed militants, who control part of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, on the other. Officially, Russia does not recognize its invasion of Ukraine, despite Ukraine presented the facts and evidence.

Now the only crossing point across the boundary line in the Luhansk region is KPVV “Stanitsa Lugansk”.
