Rasmussen has engaged in banking

Former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Latvian Norvik Banka, the major shareholder of which is the Russian banker Grigory Guselnikov. This was announced 24 January, the press service of the financial institution.

The Board of Norvik Banka consists of five members. Guselnikov Chairman of the Board. He owns 83,63% of its shares.

Guselnikov together with businessman Gutseriev said was one of the contenders for the purchase of Ukrainian “daughter” of “Sberbank of Russia”.

Rasmussen held the position of Secretary General of NATO from 2009 to 2014. In the years 2001-2009 was the Prime Minister of Denmark to the Minister of taxes and Minister for economic Affairs in the government of Denmark.
